I. Replacement Column:
1. Close Valve of H2 gas bottle. (Hydrogen)
2. Cooling down till the normal ambient temperature.
3. Relase I / A on Purging GC oven setting (40 PSI) and Electronic Purging (40 PSI)
4. N2 (Nitrogen) to temporarily shut down, setting (100 PSI)
5. Turn off the breaker in the panel for power: 220VAC.
6. Wait until the temperature drops to the parameter Zone 1 (oven temperature): 80 ° C and Zone
7. (Water Clean-up): 450 ° C, until the
0 oC.
Replacements have 9 Column number of Ea, step replacement of one by one, looking for an easier first.
Column 1: Hayesep "Q" 60/80
Column 2: 5 - A Sieves 40/60
Column 3: PPE (6) 10% Choromosorb "T" 40/60
Column 4: PPE (6) 10% Choromosorb "T" 40/60
Column 5: Sorbitol 10% Chromosobs W AW 60/80
Column 6: DC 200 20% Choromosobs "6" 60/80
Column 7: N - Octane / Ressil "C" 80/100
Column 8: Hayesep "N" 60/80
Column 9: FFAP 10% Chromosorb "T" 40/60

II. Setting Flow on the valve
1. On Breaker to revive the GC.
2. N2 Bottle reactivated according seetting.
3. Tunning Flow Valve For Purging H2 and the I / A Oven and Electronic Purging in a closed condition. The aim is only N2 (carrier gas which gives a chance).
4. Tunning flow is divided into 5 zones.
4.1 ZONE: 1
• Valve 1 On. Flow setting of 30 CC / min, the installation of flow meters on (FID vent).
• Valve 1 (V1) on and valve 5V5) On, installation of flow meters on (Selector vent) flow setting of 30 cc / min
• Valve 1 (V1) and valve 5 (V5) Off position, the installation of flow meters on (FID vent) flow setting of 30 cc / min.
Adjust the (Analog Flow Adjust 1).
• All Off valve V 1 and V5, installation of flow meters on (BF VENT V1). Value measurements of 45 cc / min. Adjust the (BF VENT ADJ V1).
4.2 ZONE 2
• Valve V2 is On, the installation of flow meters on (FID vent). Measurement values at 30 cc / min.
• All Off Valve conditions, the installation of flow meters on (B / F vent 2), setting a flow of 45 cc / min. Settings on (BF vent 2).
4.3 ZONE 3
• Valve 3 (V3) and Valve 5 (V5) is ON, the Flow Measurement (FID Vent), the value of the measurement (30 cc / min).
• Valve 5 (V5) is ON and valve 3 (V3) Off position, the installation of flow meters on (FID Vent) and (B / F Vent 3).
• All Off Valve. installation of flow meters on (B / F VENT V3) setting (45 cc / min),
Adjust the (BFV3).
4.4 ZONE 4
• Valve 4 (V4) and Valve 5 (V5) is ON, the installation of flow meters on (FID VENT) setting of 30 cc / min.
• pseudo-OFF Valve, installation of flow meters on (B / F VENT ADJ V4), the value of measuring flow of 45 cc / min.
4.5 ZONE 5
• For setting the setpoint Hydrogen (H2).
III. How to change the setpoint and Valve ON - OFF
• Go to the menu of Pressure & temperature control
• Sign Manual Control
• Proceed to TEMP CONTROL PRESS &
• Go to PRES CONTROL
• Then press the control Pres.
